We distinguish between two types of data:

Website Visitor Data: Name, email, and company name provided via contact forms, and technical data (IP address, cookies) collected via analytics tools.

Audit Client Data (Professional Services): To perform an audit, we may process technical metadata, source code structure, database schemas, and server configurations provided by you or accessed via third-party platforms (GitHub, AWS, Supabase, Cloudflare).

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

  • Service Delivery: To conduct technical due diligence and generate your Audit Report.

  • Communication: To send project updates and respond to inquiries.

  • Billing: To process payments via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

  • Improvement: To analyze website performance using anonymized telemetry.

 

DATA SECURITY AND TECHNICAL ACCESS

Confidentiality: All source code and infrastructure access provided for audits are treated as strictly confidential.

Access Management: We request "read-only" access whenever possible.

Data Retention: We retain your Audit Report for 12 months for your convenience. However, any temporary credentials or technical exports used during the audit are purged within 30 days of project completion.

THIRD-PARTS SERVICE PROVIDERS 

We share data only with essential service providers:

  • Stripe: For secure payment processing.

  • Cloudflare: For website hosting and security.

  • Google Analytics: For anonymized traffic analysis.

We do not sell your personal or technical data to third parties.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE (EU/EEA GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection laws. You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your personal data.

  • Request deletion of your data ("Right to be forgotten").

  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
