Terms of return
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Davinci Expert provides highly specialized, manual technical services. Due to the immediate allocation of expert resources and the digital nature of our deliverables, we operate under a strict no-refund policy once an order is placed and confirmed.
NO REFUNDS
Except as explicitly stated in Section 2, all sales are final. Since our Services involve manual code analysis, infrastructure review, and intellectual labor, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits for any reason, including:
-
Subjective disagreement with the audit findings or technical opinions.
-
The discovery of more vulnerabilities or issues than expected.
-
The Client’s failure to provide necessary technical access (GitHub, Cloud providers, etc.) in a timely manner.
LIMITED EXPECTIONS
Refunds will only be considered in the following two (2) cases:
-
Duplicate Payment: If a technical error results in a duplicate charge for the same service.
-
Inability to Fulfill: If the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that it cannot perform the audit due to a direct conflict of interest or unforeseen technical limitations, and notifies the Client before the work has commenced.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION
We encourage Clients to contact us at mail@davinci.expert to resolve any issues regarding their Audit Report. We are committed to technical accuracy and will provide clarifications or re-verify specific data points if a discrepancy is identified within 7 days of report delivery.
CHARGEBACKS
The Client agrees that they will not initiate a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with the Company. Initiating a chargeback for a completed audit is considered a violation of these terms.
ENTERPRISE ADREEMENT (MSA)
Enterprise Clients may be offered a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). Where applicable, the refund, cancellation, and change-control terms in the signed MSA/SOW will govern and supersede this Policy for that engagement.
